Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates & confections, returns are generally only accepted for damage during Cold Transport Delivery, if you receive incorrect items, or in the case of a tampered parcel.
Tampered Parcels:
If you receive a parcel that appears to have been tampered with (Example: Damaged packaging indicating resealing &missing contents), it is crucial to take the following steps:

Upon Delivery: If the tampering is evident upon delivery, please refuse to accept the parcel & inform the delivery personnel immediately.
- After Acceptance: If you discover the tampering after accepting the parcel, please document the issue immediately by taking clear photographs & videos of the packaging as you received it. Contact our customer service team at lilbuzz@beehivechocolate.com or WhatsApp us at +6 010 468 9568 on the same day of delivery. Please note that we cannot process reports made after the delivery day. Kindly keep all original packaging & contents.
Upon receiving your report, we will investigate the matter with the shipping courier. While the responsibility for package handling during delivery lies with them, we'll do our best to work with them on facilitating a resolution for you. Your cooperation in providing timely & detailed information will assist us in resolving the issue efficiently.
Damaged Packages:
- Damaged via Standard Shipping: Please note that if standard shipping was selected, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage that may occur, and therefore, returns or refunds will not be offered.
- Damaged in Cold Transport: If your items arrive significantly damaged during cold transport, please contact us on the same day of delivery with clear photo evidence of the damage with the original packaging. We may offer a store credit refund.
Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer service team on the same day of receiving your order. We will get the correct treats shipped to you or give you a store credit refund upon the return of the incorrect items (we will cover return shipping). Please note that refunds, when applicable, will be issued solely as store credit.
Order Cancellation:
If you choose to cancel an order after payment has been made, and shipment has not be made, the amount paid will be refunded to you as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
