Shipping Policy - Thank you for choosing Beehive Chocolate! Please take a moment to read our shipping policy to understand how we process & deliver your sweet treats.

 

Processing Time:

Please allow 2 to 3 working days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment. Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery:

We offer the following shipping methods within Malaysia:

  • Standard Shipping (Condition Not Guaranteed): Estimated delivery within 3 - 5 working days, depending on the courier’s efficiency & your exact delivery address

    A Heads-Up About Standard Shipping: We strongly recommend selecting our Cold Transport Delivery option, especially during warmer months, to minimize the risk of damage.
  • Cold Transport Delivery (Condition Guaranteed): Estimated delivery within 1 – 2 weeks depending on our current order queue & our cool transporter's schedule. Rest assured we will keep you updated on it

International Sweet Tooth?

If you are craving our treats from overseas, please contact our team with the items you would like, the quantity & your delivery address. We will provide you with tailored shipping options & rates,

 

Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order & the destination. You can view the exact shipping cost at checkout before finalizing your purchase.

 Packaging:

Standard Packaging Method is with Bubblewrap (+Ice Gel Packs for Chocolates) & Flyer Bag. For Bulk Orders, Carton Box will be provided. This helps to maintain a cooler temperature inside the package during transit. We include ice packs to combat the warmth, but they might soften on their journey. Please pop your chocolates in the fridge as soon as they arrive.

While we take every precaution, we strongly recommend choosing Cold Transport Delivery particularly during hot periods for ultimate chocolate happiness & ensuring your chocolates arrive in tip-top shape. We are not responsible for melted chocolates if standard shipping is chosen.

 

Important: Inspect Your Package Upon Arrival

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the packaging carefully for any signs of tampering or damage before accepting delivery. If you notice any issues, please refer to the "Tampered Parcels" section of our Returns & Refunds Policy for guidance on how to proceed.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email containing your tracking number & a link to the courier’s website will be sent to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

 Delivery Procedures:

Courier personnels will do their best to deliver to you & will typically reach out upon arrival. If you are unavailable, you can either arrange a redelivery with them or pick up your package from their nearest location – whichever works best for you!

 

Delivery Expectations - What If Things Slow Down? – While courier companies aim to deliver within 3 - 5 working days, sometimes there can be unexpected delays.

Waiting Longer Than 5 Working Days (from Send Out)? Here's What to Do:

  1. Track Your Package: Please first check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. This will often give you the most up-to-date status of your delivery.
  2. Contact the Courier: For the most detailed & real-time information about a delay, contacting the courier directly with your tracking number is often the quickest way to get answers.
  3. Need More Help? Reach Out to Us: If it's been over 7 working days & you still haven't received your order, email us at lilbuzz@beehivechocolate.com or WhatsApp us at +6 010 468 9568 with your order details.

What We'll Do:

We will investigate the delay with the courier & keep you informed. We are committed to finding a fair solution depending on the situation.

 

Returned Packages from Courier:

In the event that a package is returned to us due to reasons such as an incorrect address, refusal of delivery or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to discuss available options.

  • Reshipment: Upon your request, we can arrange for reshipment of the package to a corrected address. Please be advised that an additional shipping fee will be applicable for this service.
  • Refund (as Store Credit): We can issue a refund for the order total, excluding the original shipping fees, in the form of store credit. However, this is subject to the returned items being in a resalable condition.
